Pediatric Occupational Therapist
All About Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic, family-centered Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our close knit physical, occupational, and speech therapy team in Sandpoint, Idaho. Therapists set their own schedule and enjoy living in a beautiful mountain/lakeside community with an abundance of hiking, biking, water activities, and skiing.
Therapist can choose a Monday-Friday 8-hour per day schedule or Tuesday-Friday 10-hour per day schedule. Bonus program for productivity is in place.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children 0-21 years old for sensory integration, ADL’s, emotional regulation, fine motor delays, feeding difficulties, peer interaction, etc…
- Address client’s aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being and life quality
- Select and adapt the appropriate per case occupational therapy treatment model, method and approach to direct the process of interventions
- Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)
- Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components
- Assess client’s home and other environments and advice on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities
- Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
- Guide and educate family members and caregivers
- Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals
- Collect data and document processes followed
- Regularly follow-up with client and their family, school, caregivers, etc…
- Problem solve difficult client situations with pediatric therapy team members
- Participate in group learning activities and weekly team meetings with the All About Kids therapy team
- Supervise COTA/L
Skills
- Proven working experience as a pediatric occupational therapist
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy
- Hands-on experience with electronic medical records
- Familiarity with pediatric evaluation tools ( e.g. Sensory Profile, PEDI, Bayley, PDMS-2, BOT-2, MFun, etc…)
- Ability to manage patients and families with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Ability to work closely with our therapy team including providing and receiving feedback in a constructive manner
- Valid license to practice occupational therapy in Idaho
- BS degree or greater in occupational therapy
- New graduates who have completed fieldwork in pediatric therapy are encouraged to apply

Salary: $66,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year

Pediatric Therapy Aide / Receptionist
All About Kids Pediatric Therapy is searching for a detail oriented therapy aide/receptionist to join our pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy team.
Job Duties will include:
- Greeting patients
- Reviewing new patient paperwork, gathering necessary signatures/ID/insurance cards
- Assisting therapists with treatment set-up
- Assisting therapists with treatment clean up
- Clean/organize therapy equipment throughout the day so that the clinic stays neat and tidy for all clients
- Wash/fold clinic linens and therapy soft goods
- Answer phones and communicate information to therapists, intake department, and billing department
- Assist therapists with transitions to next therapist or parent
- Assist therapists as needed with treatment sessions
- Communicate therapy supply needs to owner
Schedule will include Monday-Thursday 9 hour shifts, Friday 4 hour shift
Applicants must pass a background check and drug test to be considered for this position.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
